• If you would like to use certain external experts whom you know we can engage them as subcontractors

Financial

• We work by firm, fixed-cost estimate based for material and classes in our inventory.
• We work by not to exceed on consulting and other work where we do not control the resources.
• For new clients we ask for 20% upfront payment before we start work and progress payments at agreed on milestones.
• We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express.)

Organizational

• We have been in business as Bradley/Lambert since 1979.
• Our principals and team has worked together for 20 years and are experts in what we do.
• Our team are ex business managers and executives who have managed large number of people in numerous functional areas.
• We are a privately held corporation, incorporated in the state of California and work routinely with clients all over the United States and internationally.

Legal

• The cost will not exceed our written quote to you unless you and we agree to additional work.
• You will own the copyright to work you pay us to produce. We own the work have produced at our own cost.
